FULL FACILITY STAY

Access to all bedrooms, sleeps 23-28.
NOT for parties. Intended as an airbnb type stay. Max 28 people.
Does not include use of tables and chairs.
$250 security deposit.
DETAILS AND ADD ON’S
$1,000 Non-refundable down payment due at the date of booking. This reserves the date and is applied to your total balance.
A licensed bartender is required during your event for liquor.
A security deposit is due 1 week before the event. This is in addition to the package price. It is refundable if venue is left in good condition.
Tables and chairs available; 20 round tables, 6 8ft tables, 5 6ft tables, 4 bistro tables, and 140 chairs.
Set up and tear down can be added to your package for $500.
